Education Solutions Partner Programme

Programme Terms And Privacy Notice

Please read this before you apply. It sets out what the representative programme is, what it is not, and what happens to the information you send us.

Last updated: 11 September 2026  ·  Applies to: the NovaEd Education Solutions Partner programme and the application form at novaedone.com/represent

01This Is Not Employment

NovaEd Education Solutions Partners are appointed as independent contractors. An appointment does not create an employment relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, or an agency relationship beyond what is written into the representation agreement.

Nothing on the programme pages or in any conversation during the application process is an offer of employment. Partners are not entitled to salary, benefits, leave, social insurance contributions, severance, or any other entitlement that attaches to employment, and NovaEd does not operate a payroll in the partner's country.

Partners are responsible for their own tax, social contributions, business registration and any licence their own country requires. Partners are responsible for their own costs, including travel, phone, internet, transport and any entertaining they choose to do. NovaEd does not reimburse expenses unless it has agreed to a specific cost in writing beforehand.

02Applying Does Not Mean Being Appointed

We appoint a limited number of partners per city. Submitting an application, being invited to a call, receiving materials or demonstration accounts, or presenting to us does not entitle anyone to an appointment.

We may decline any application for any reason, including reasons that have nothing to do with the applicant, such as the city already being covered. We may pause, change or withdraw the programme, in a particular market or altogether, at any time.

No costs incurred while applying are recoverable from NovaEd.

03The Agreement Is What Counts

The programme pages describe the arrangement in general terms so that people can decide whether to apply. They are marketing material and they are not a contract, an offer, or a binding commitment.

Commission rates, payment terms, territory, duration, notice periods and everything else are set out in the written representation agreement. Where anything on these pages differs from the signed agreement, the agreement is what applies.

04How Commission Works In Principle

Described here for transparency. The detail, including the rates themselves, is in the agreement.

  • Commission becomes payable on funds actually received and cleared by NovaEd, not on a signed order, a purchase order, or an invoice we have issued.
  • Commission on a payment that is later refunded, reversed or charged back is deducted from the next payment due.
  • Commission is paid against an invoice from the partner. Any withholding tax required by law is deducted.
  • Territories are not exclusive. NovaEd sells directly in every market and may appoint additional partners. The agreement sets out how an account is attributed and what notice is given before another partner is appointed to the same city.
  • Published pricing applies. Partners have no authority to discount, to vary terms, to make commitments about features or timelines, or to bind NovaEd to anything.

05Brand And Materials

Partners present NovaEd using materials NovaEd supplies. Materials, trademarks, names and logos remain the property of NovaEd and may be used only while an appointment is in force and only for the purpose of representing NovaEd. Nothing created independently may be put in front of a school without written approval.

06What We Collect And Why

The application form collects your name, email address, phone or messaging contact, a profile link if you give one, your country and city, the languages you work in, how you currently work, whether you can invoice, your background, the schools you know, what you have sold before, your approach, your availability, and how you heard about the programme. We also record the date of submission and the IP address the form was sent from, which is how we identify automated abuse.

We use this only to assess your application, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of who we have already spoken to so we do not ask you the same questions twice. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to this programme.

07Where It Is Held And For How Long

Applications are stored on a NovaEd server and are readable only by the small number of people at NovaEd who assess applications. Notification emails go to NovaEd's own mailbox.

We keep unsuccessful applications for up to twelve months, because a city we are not opening this year may open next year and we would rather come back to you than lose you. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete it. Applications that lead to an appointment are kept for as long as the appointment lasts and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.

08Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@novaed.cn and we will deal with it. Deleting your application ends its consideration, which we will say plainly if that is the consequence.

Do not send us anything sensitive. We do not need identity documents, financial details, health information, or copies of contracts with other companies, and we ask you not to include confidential information belonging to a current or former employer.

Schools and people you name in an application are mentioned in a business context only. Please do not include personal details about anyone else beyond their name and role, and please do not paste in contact lists.

09Getting In Touch

Any question about this notice, about an application, or about the programme goes to hello@novaed.cn. NovaEd is a Novateur Group company.
